WE ARE A FOUNDATION SUPPORTING THE FUTURE OF YACHTING
As well as providing opportunities for young people to discover the yachting sector, we can create new, sustainable pathways into the industry for young people from all backgrounds. The yachting industry is little known outside its traditional locations and demographics. We need to open it up.
OUR GOAL
With this new foundation, we seek to primarily engage young people whose access to the water is limited, either due to location or disadvantage. The YOTS Foundation will support and help fund organisations working in communities to enhance opportunities for young people.
PROJECTS
All funds donated to The YOTS Foundation will be distributed to established organisations with proven track records of providing on-water training and education.
We envisage the whole yachting ecosystem engaging in this endeavour, promoting it as part of their ESG programmes.
